Governor Rendell Signs Tax Collection System Reforms Into Law 07/03/08

Each year these awards are given to women entrepreneurs who have demonstrated community involvement while successfully developing small businesses.
Applicants are judged on the product or service they provide, challenges they have faced and community involvement.
